I chose "Yes" to expedite the process. Depending on what you chose for your Tax Classification, you may use a different number. Also, Individuals are usually not exempt from Backup Withholding Tax, but you may consult a tax professional to be certain. Review the form, scroll down to the bottom, then click "Continue" when you are done.
